This Gift Card can be redeemed in all Flying Tiger Copenhagen stores located in Ontario, Canada, which are registered under Fox Canada Group. You do not have to spend the entire balance at once. The balance is reduced by the value of your purchases. This Gift Card has no expiry date and remains valid until the balance is Can$ 0. Except as required by law, this Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash. Fox Group Canada Inc. shall not be liable if the Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization. Merchandise returns, where permitted, are subject to the relevant store return policy. In the event of the return of store merchandise purchased with a gift card, the amount of the purchase will be issued in the form of a gift card. If you have used a combination of a gift card and another payment method to purchase merchandise, you will first be refunded to the other payment method. For example, if you used a combination of a Gift Card and a credit card, money will first be refunded to the credit card used to make your purchase and the remaining will be issued in the form of a gift card. FLYING TIGER GIFT CARD by ”Fox Group Canada” - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Flying Tiger Copenhagen Gift Cards are issued by Fox Group Canada Inc. and they can be purchased in any participating Flying Tiger Copenhagen store located in Ontario, Canada.
2. Gift Cards are issued in Canadian dollars. Any purchase of a Flying Tiger Copenhagen Gift Card is limited to a maximum value of Can$500. 
3. The Gift Card has no expiry date and remains valid until the balance is Can$ 0.
4. Merchandise returns, where permitted, are subject to the relevant store return policy. In the event of the return of store merchandise purchased with a gift card, the amount of the purchase will be issued in the form of a gift card. If you have used a combination of a gift card and another payment method to purchase merchandise, you will first be refunded to the other payment method. For example, if you used a combination of a Gift Card and a credit card, money will first be refunded to the credit card used to make your purchase and the remaining will be issued in the form of a gift card. 5. This Gift Card cannot be returned, refunded or exchanged for cash.
7. It is not possible to purchase a Gift Card with a discount voucher, store credit or another gift card.
8. Gift Cards are for consumer purchases only. Gift Cards cannot be reloaded, resold or transferred to a third party, or used for commercial purposes.
9. The Gift Card cannot be transferred to another Flying Tiger Copenhagen customer/account.
10. Fox Group Canada shall not be liable if a Gift Card is lost, stolen, damaged, or used without authorization.
