Aerie by AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS offers home wear and intimate collections for young women.
There are approximately 157 stores in the US (stand-alone & side by side).
Target audience is females ages 15-25.
In Israel, Aerie was launched in 2012 as a part of AMERICAN EAGLE OUTFITTERS stores with 31 shop in shops. In addition, the chain operates 2 stand-alone shops.
In 2014 Aerie launched a new strategy and decided to take a REAL stand in the intimates business, this means no more retouching and no more supermodels in all the marketing aspects.
Aerie wants every girl to feel good about who they are and what they look like inside and out. Under this strategy Aerie slogan is: No retouching. Body positivity. Girl power
